Where is your office? Can I come in and discuss ideas?

Newcastle Business Cards is a completely online printing and design service and this means that you can’t drop in to our office. This is how we can keep our prices and services extremely competitive. If you would like to discuss your ideas, we are more than happy to chat to you over the phone. If you have any mockups/ideas that you would like us to see, please feel free to email them to us by making a scan of your documents and email them to us at info@newcastlebusinesscards.com.au

Can i pick up my order?

Sorry, we don’t have a pick-up service. Newcastle Business Cards is a completely online printing and design service. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your nominated delivery address (PO Box addresses are not accepted). This is the quickest way that you will receive your printing goods.

Do you only print business cards? What other products do you print?

Absolutely not! Here at Newcastle Business cards we print a complete range of commercial printing products. Some popular products are flyers, letterheads, with compliments slips, envelopes, stickers and postcards.

How much is Delivery?

FREE! Delivery is free to one location anywhere within Australia.

Do you only print for Newcastle customers?

Absolutely not! Our services can be enjoyed by anyone within Australia whether you may be in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, NT, ACT, or TAS.

What file formats do you accept?

Newcastle Business Cards would prefer all files to be in PDF format. Don’t panic if your file is not in PDF format, we also accept EPS, TIFF and JPG files. All artwork must be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi (dots per inch).We do not accept Corel Draw or Microsoft Publisher file formats.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. All payments use the Stripe Payment system which is a secure and safe way of making an online payment. We also offer bank deposit (please add an extra day onto your order to allow for processing).

There is a problem with my order, what can i do?

Our aim is to provide high quality printing that you will be 100% happy with. However, In the unlikely case that we have made a production error, you are required to fill out the online form here and provide all details and supporting pictures relating to the order. You will also be required to post some samples back to us to check (unfortunately it’s not possible for us to keep samples of every printed order).

What quantities do you print?

The quantities vary depending on the product. Please refer to each specific product page to view the available quantities. For any special requests, please complete the Online Quote Form.


Where do i upload my artwork?

If you have your own artwork, you must upload your artwork during the product selection page before continuing to checkout.

Will I receive a digital proof

We do not provide proofs for most printing services (unless stated otherwise). This is the reason why we can keep our printing prices low and at a competitive rate. We rely on customers to be aware of any variances that can occur during the printing process and to supply press-ready artwork when ordering. To reduce printing errors, customers are recommended to follow the Bring Your Own Artwork Specifications outlined on the product pages. Customers submitting their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. If you would like to see a digital artwork proof prior to printing, please let us know when you place your order (additional charges may apply).

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to one location anywhere within Australia at no extra cost. We haven’t found an address we cant ship to yet.

How long does the design service take?

Times can vary depending on the design service but we try our hardest to present you with your first design proof within 2 business days.

Do you only design business cards?

Absolutely not! Our talented designers can produce a professional design for all of the printing products we offer. Please if you would like to discuss your design requirements.

What is bleed?

We require 3mm of external bleed on all files. Your print job is printed on a larger sheet than its finished size and then trimmed to size. External bleed is the area extending past your trim area and allows for a small amount of movement that may occur when your work is being cut to size.
